Dipen Jain Meet the BIG BOSS. Beware of him... He knows you... He knows your mind... He knows your tastes... He knows your likes and dislikes... He understands you well enough to guide us in the right direction of customer satisfaction! However, he also knows our if(s) and but(s). Hence slackness in any form is not tolerated. An extremely determined and dedicated person who does not take “NO” for an answer. Hey just watch out if you try his patience for loNG.... you are DOOMED!
Sarika Jain
Sarika has been the creative head behind the name “L.S.D”. Yes, the lady has far-fetching thoughts and the grit and determination to materialize them. She is also the BIG BOSS’s wife. She has constantly been the “lucky mascot” for L.S.D since its inception in 2004
Shashank Jain Where to sell? How to sell? Such kinda questions are handled by Shashank bhai. He is the marketing pro of the company. He is the Big Boss’s younger cousin brother. Lives by his suitcase, has a jet life and is nothing short than a bubbling ball of energy. Hey! Beware of this pro. After all it is his ball game and he likes to manoeuvre the same to his rules!
Piyush Aggarwal
A mechanical engineer from IIT Bombay, Piyush Aggarwal, joined LSD in 2010 as the Chief Executive Officer. Since then, he’s been working to introduce systems and procedures to maintain sustainable growth of the company. His outgoing nature with a knack of managing people results in getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives.
Keshari Gupta
This man has gab of speech, especially in his mother-tongue, Hindi. However, he has an equal flair for numbers and figures. No wonder that he is the accountant! He has an eye for detail which he uses profusely to scrutinize financial records CLOSELY! Hence no “Hera- Pheri” is even remotely possible. DON’T EVEN THINK!!!
Hitendra Upadhyay
The man with strong organization and superb record-keeping skills, Hiten Bhai, is the Accounts and Inventory Manager.He works to ensure that inventory and accounts are managed perfectly.
Divya Shetty
A Diploma holder in Fashion Designing from Karavali College (Mangalore), Divya Shetty, joined LSD in 2011 as a Senior Merchandiser. A good sense of style, excellent communication skills and her ability to get work done on time, helps her in the product development at the sampling and production stages.
Ravindran K Komath
Ravindran, fondly called “Ravi” by all is our masterji who brings all the designs alive. The duo, i.e. Ravi master and Rajan master (assistant master) spin endless tale of magic for the endless array of shirts designed especially for “YOU”.
Vilas Mohite
He is the Sales Executive of the company. He joined LSD in 2006. He looks after the Mumbai region. His complete product knowledge and pleasing personality convince and persuade a retailer to place an order.
Nandu Nade
Mr. Nandu handles the packaging and dispatch dept. No wonder that the man always seems to be in a hurry. His life is in constant danger. God forbid if there is a late delivery then, who will face the unleashed wrath from the Big Boss other than him! His brigade consists of:-
